1. Director
No. Of Post:- 01 Position (UR – 1)
Educational qualification and Post-qualification work experience;- Two years full time ‘Post Graduate Diploma /Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Management/ Rural Management/ Social Work/ Rural Development/Development Studies/Public Administration from a recognized institute. 
Experience:- Minimum 12 years’ post qualification experience in the area of Social / Rural Development projects/MGNREGA /IAY/PMAY/Food Security. S/he should have minimum 4 years experience in the field of social audit and rights based activities. . S/he should have more than 8 years of proven administrative ability to handle human resources with varying skill at state levels. Or Retired or Working Central/State government officers with minimum 12 years of experience at state/District level, out of this, S/he should have minimum 3 years experience in Rural Development/Social Welfare/Other Development Sector and 8 years experience in administrative responsibility. Skills Required: Computer Skills – Sound Knowledge of MS Office environment. Language Skills – Good writing and oral skills in both English and Hindi. 
The tenure of the Director shall be three years not exceeding the age of 67 years.

2. Social Audit Advisor (SAA)
No. Of Post:- 01 Position (UR – 1)
Educational qualification and Post-qualification work experience;- Qualification: Two years Full time Post Graduate Diploma/Post graduate Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Management/ Rural Management/ Social Work/ Rural Development/ Development Studies/Public Administration from a recognized institute/universities with minimum 7 years’ of relevant post qualification experience in the area of Social/ Rural Development projects/MGNREGA /IAY/PMAY/Food Security. 
Experience:- S/he should have minimum 5 Years experience in the field of social audit and rights based activities. S/he should have minimum 5 years of proven administrative ability, knowledge and skills in accounting, holding human resource at state level .Preference will be given to candidates having experience in externally aided (WHO, World Bank, etc) Govt. projects & programs. Or Retired or Working Central/State government officers with minimum 7 Years of experience at district and state level. Out of this, S/he should have minimum 2 Years experience in Rural Development/Social Welfare/Other Development Sector and 5Years experience in administrative responsibility. Skills Required: Computer Skills – Sound Knowledge of MS Office environment. Language Skills – Good writing and oral skills in both English and Hindi. The tenure of the Social Audit Advisor (SAA) shall be three years not exceeding the age of 67 years.

3. State Finance Officer (SFO)
No. Of Post:- 01 Position (UR – 1)
Educational qualification and Post-qualification work experience;-  Qualification: CA/MBA-Finance /PGDM in Finance/ICWA from a recognized institute/university/M.Com. Experience:- Minimum 7 years of state level relevant postqualification experience in Finance Management especially handling audit, accounts and taxation. S/he should have worked in a development program / project / companies / organization. S/he should be qualified in designing and developing financial management system of development project/companies/Firms. S/he should be expert in Tally accounting system, S/he should also have working knowledge of PFMS. Preference will be given to experience of working in Govt. Financial rules, Procurement Procedure, Social Audit. Skills Required: Computer Skills – Sound Knowledge of MS Office environment. Language Skills – Good writing and oral skills in both English and Hindi.

4. State Resource Person (MIS& MLE)
No. Of Post:- 01 Position (UR – 1)
Educational qualification and Post-qualification work experience;- Qualification: Graduate in Engineering with a specialization in computer science or Information Technology Or Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Degree in Social work/ Management /Rural Management/Rural Development/Public Policy/ Statistic. 
Experience:- S/he Should have minimum 7 years of State/ District level relevant experience in MIS &MLE. This should include 5 years of experience of MIS , documentation, Reporting, Data Analysis, Data Mining, MIS Related works and Evaluation And Monitoring activities in Rural Development projects/Social Audit /MGNREGA/IAY/PMAY/Food Security/Poverty Alleviation Projects/he should have experience of training of MGNREGA and IAY, all MIS related all aspects.

5. State Resource Person (IEC and Communication)
No. Of Post:- 01 Position (UR – 1)
Educational qualification and Post-qualification work experience;- Qualification: Two years Full Time post Graduate Diploma /Post Graduate Degree in Mass Communication / Journalism from a recognized institute. 
Experience:-  Minimum 7 years’ of State/District level relevant post qualification experience in Advertising/ Media Industry with experience in Social Media Communication or in a similar capacity and role in Developmental Social Sector Project/ MGNREGA /IAY/PMAY/Food Security. This should include 5 years of experience in Advertising/ Media Industry with experience in Social Media & Communication. S/he should have sound understanding of participatory training methodology and skills of trainer. Skills Required: Computer Skills – Sound Knowledge of MS Office environment. Language Skills – Good writing and oral skills in both English and Hindi.

6. State Resource Person(Report & Documentation)
No. Of Post:- 01 Position (UR – 1)
Educational qualification and Post-qualification work experience;- Qualification: Two years Full Time Post Graduate Diploma /Post Graduate Degree in Mass Communication / Business Administration / Rural Management/ Rural Development/Development Studies from a recognized institute 
Experience:- Minimum 7 years’ of State/District level relevant experience in report & documentation publishing. In case study writing and annual report preparation or in a similar capacity and role in MGNREGA /IAY/PMAY/Food Security/Poverty Alleviation project. This should include 5 years of experience in Report writing & Documentation. Adequate knowledge of working with MS office, and other software to design booklet or magazine Proficiency in English is mandatory.

7. State Resource Person (HR and Admin)

Educational qualification and Post-qualification work experience;- Qualification: Two years Full Time Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management / Personal Management/Public Administration from a recognized institute. 
Experience:-  Minimum 7 years’ of State/District level relevant experience with HR Team in Social Audit /MGNREGA /IAY/PMAY/Food Security/Poverty Alleviation Project. This should include 5years of experience in core human resource management & administration. S/he should have sound understanding of Participatory Training Methodology and skills of trainer. Skills Required: Computer Skills – Sound Knowledge of MS Office environment. Language Skills – Good writing and oral skills in both English and Hindi.

8. Accountant (State)

Educational qualification and Post-qualification work experience;- Post Graduate in Commerce from a recognized institute/university with minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience in book keeping, accounts related job and secretarial assistance with reputed institutions, Government programmes/ project or Social Sector Projects. Or Graduate in Commerce from recognized institute/university with minimum 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience in book keeping, accounts related job and secretarial assistance with reputed institutions, Government programmes/ project or Social Sector Projects. Knowledge of working on computer and operating Tally Software will be essential. Typing skill in Hindi and English would have an advantage.
